Qualified Pre School Practitioner

Magisters Education is working in partnership with an amazing nursery based in Romford. An amazing opportunity has arisen for a fabulous, inspiring individual to join a privately run day nursery a permanent full-time basis with an immediate start. About the role: * Qualified level 3 practioner based in the Pre School Room. * Permanent full time contract, working 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday over various shift patterns between 7am and 6pm. * Based in Romford, East London. * Salary is negotiable and highly competitive based on experience and qualifications for the right individual. Duties: * You will need to be able to provide excellent highquality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. * Plan, implement and deliver engaging, ageappropriate activities and lessons to promote children’s learning and development in accordance to the EYFS. * Work collaboratively with other team members to create a warm, inclusive environment that promotes a positive learning environment and meets the individual needs of the children. * Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child’s individual progress and needs. * Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and achievements though observations and being able to link them to the relevant framework within the EYFS. * Support day to-day nursery operations, including preparing meals, handling cleaning tasks, and helping children with personal care needs like toileting and hygiene. * Actively uphold the nursery’s safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the children’s safety is paramount. * Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures. Requirements: * You must hold a full and relevant Early Years Qualification, Level 3 and above – or equivalent, and is recognised by the Department of Education. * Have a clear enhanced DBS on the Update service, or be willing to undergo a new check. * Have significance experience working within an Early Years Nursery setting * Ideally have safeguarding Level 2 or higher * Ideally have Full 12 Paediatric First Aid Training
