Salary: Up to Β£115 per day
Hours: 8:30am β 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only β Long Term (1 Year Initially)

We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join an independent school based in Russell Square, Central London, working with children aged 2β3 years old.
This is a long-term opportunity for one year initially, ideal for a caring, enthusiastic and committed early years professional looking to secure a stable role within a welcoming school environment.
The Role
- Work closely with children aged 2β3 years old.
- Support the delivery of a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
- Assist with the day-to-day care and supervision of children.
- Support children's learning and development through play and engaging activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
- Work closely with the nursery and teaching team.
- Follow the school's safeguarding, health and safety policies.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years/Nursery qualification.
- Has experience working with children aged 2β3 years old.
- Has previous experience in a nursery, school or early years setting.
- Is warm, caring, patient and enthusiastic.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS.
