Part time HLTA role– Primary School | Willesden, NW10
3 Days Per Week | Monday–Wednesday | ASAP Start | £130–£150 per day
We are currently working with a friendly and supportive mainstream primary school in Willesden (NW10) who are looking to appoint an experienced HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis.
The Role:
- Cover full classes across all primary year groups
- Lead lessons and learning activities
- Support teaching and learning across the school
- Manage classroom behaviour and daily routines
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
About You:
- Previous HLTA experience is essential
- Experience covering full classes independently
- Confident working across all primary year groups
- Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
