Part time HLTA role– Primary School | Willesden, NW10

3 Days Per Week | Monday–Wednesday | ASAP Start | £130–£150 per day

We are currently working with a friendly and supportive mainstream primary school in Willesden (NW10) who are looking to appoint an experienced HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis.

The Role:

  • Cover full classes across all primary year groups
  • Lead lessons and learning activities
  • Support teaching and learning across the school
  • Manage classroom behaviour and daily routines
  • Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement

About You:

  • Previous HLTA experience is essential
  • Experience covering full classes independently
  • Confident working across all primary year groups
  • Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location: Willesden, NW10

Start: ASAP

Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm

Pay: £130–£150 per day

Contract: Long-term, part time
