Salary: £150 per day / £20 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 7:30am–3:30pm / 10:00am–6:00pm, on a rotating basis
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent school in West Kensington (W14), which is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Assistant on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the care, learning and development of children aged 0–3
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Supporting children's play and early learning activities
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals, personal care and sleep routines
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Observing and supporting children's individual development and progress
- Working effectively as part of a supportive Early Years team
- Following the school's safeguarding, health and safety and welfare procedures
About You
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Have previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
- Be confident working with babies and toddlers aged 0–3
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Be caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be flexible and happy to work both 7:30am–3:30pm and 10:00am–6:00pm shifts on rotation
- Be available to start ASAP
