The Role
We are now recruiting Brickwork / Multi-Skilled Operatives to train in specialist masonry reinforcement techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with brickwork, masonry, or general construction experience who want a long-term, stable role with real career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out external refurbishment and structural reinforcement works as part of a small team
- Cutting out and replacing damaged bricks using powered breakers
- Completing small brickwork repairs
- Raking out bed joints using powered wall chasers
- Drilling masonry (including diamond drilling) and installing structural ties and anchors
- Carrying out concrete repairs
- Working alongside masonry refurbishment operatives and labourers
- Traveling daily to sites in London and the Home Counties
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in brickwork or masonry refurbishment
- Able to work well within a team
- Takes a responsible approach to health & safety
- Holds a valid CSCS card (or willing to obtain)
- Full clean driving licence
Training Provided
- Wall tie installation
- Bed joint reinforcement
- Lateral restraint installation
- Use of access platforms / MEWPs
- Health & Safety procedures
