Join Our Team as an Outbound Travel Sales Consultant
We're looking for an experienced travel professional to support our busy sales team by contacting customers who are already dreaming about their next getaway. From magical Disney holidays and Disney Cruise Line adventures to family breaks at Efteling and Center Parcs Europe, you'll help turn enquiries into incredible holiday memories.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling customers who have requested quotes or information
- Following up website enquiries and holiday searches
- Re-engaging customers who have left a booking part-way through
- Helping guests choose the perfect holiday for their family
- Providing expert advice and personal recommendations
- Creating tailored quotations and converting enquiries into bookings
- Delivering exceptional customer service from first contact through to booking
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous travel industry experience
- Loves speaking with customers and building rapport
- Is confident making outbound calls and following up enquiries
- Has strong sales and conversion skills
- Is self-motivated and organised
- Shares our passion for creating amazing family holiday experiences
