Toddler Teacher - What You’ll Do

  • Create a warm, structured environment for toddlers (15 months to 2.9 years) in a licensed early education centre
  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, language, and motor development
  • Encourage emerging independence through self-help routines like feeding, toileting, and dressing
  • Foster positive behaviour and emotional regulation through modelling, redirection, and play-based learning
  • Partner with families to share developmental updates and celebrate milestones

What We’re Looking For

  • EEC Infant Toddler Teacher Certification (Required)
  • Experience working in toddler classrooms within licensed child care or preschool programmes
  • Understanding of toddler behaviour, routines, and development
  • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 3 months
  • Positive, playful attitude and a genuine love for toddlers
