A multi-faceted position partnering closely with the visionary Founder/CEO, Varun Bhanot, to drive strategic growth initiatives and craft the public narrative. If you want to become a Founder or work in a senior role within a startup in future, this is the role for you!

You’ll split your time between core business/team/office operations and taking a lead on strategic initiatives - on behalf of the CEO. Works perfectly for you if you have:

  • Generalist mindset & strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability—ready to dive into any area and OWN the project - requiring little input or support from others in the team.
  • AI Native - able to set up and build systems using AI tools to drive efficiency and get stuff done!
  • Prior experience: 2-3 years in startups, consulting, VC, or C-suite support role
  • Exceptional communication: written, verbal, and presentation skills essential for cross-functional stakeholder management within the company.
  • Cultural Champion - Understand what it takes to build a high-performing, and highly engaged internal company culture and be the proactive facilitator of it!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO with critical matters, offloading work and proactively spotting gaps to ease the workflow.
  • Setting up systems and operations to streamline and own across PR, Investor Relations, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Admin and HR.
  • Assist with Press requests and Public Relations/Media.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights when needed.
  • Lead high-impact projects end-to-end—coordinating cross-functional teams within the company.
  • Serve as a point person for stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
  • Manage and Promote our internal company and office culture.
  • Extrapolating Data and Analytics when necessary requiring little input from others to assist decision making.
  • Support the CEO/Founder at external events and PR where necessary - helping with some diary commitments.
