We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Content Creator to join the team who can help us bring our story to life. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and take action - and who wants to use those skills for something truly meaningful.
This is your opportunity to combine creative storytelling with real-world impact, helping more families, individuals, schools and settings to discover and access the support they need.
The role at a glance
Contract: Permanent, part-time, minimum three days per week.
Location: Hybrid between Milton Keynes and Northampton. Regular clinic attendance and travel to other locations when required.
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, pro rata for part-time hours.

What you'll be creating
No two weeks will look exactly the same. You'll turn ideas into content that educates, inspires and engages, including:
Video that stops the scroll: planning, filming and editing short-form videos for social media.
Stories with substance: showcasing therapist expertise, team insights and client experiences sensitively and with appropriate consent.
Content that connects: creating social posts, graphics, website content and engaging digital resources.
Content that gets found: supporting SEO, website visibility and local search.
Campaigns that make an impact: supporting awareness, recruitment, service promotion and organisational growth.
Ideas backed by insight: using analytics and audience behaviour to understand what works and make content even better.
Could this be you?
You're creative, curious and full of ideas. You enjoy experimenting with content, but you also care about the results. You understand that a great video needs more than good editing: it needs a strong hook, a clear message and a reason for someone to keep watching.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience creating engaging social media content, professionally, freelance or through your own portfolio.
Confidence filming and editing short-form video.
An understanding of social media algorithms, storytelling and audience engagement.
Strong writing skills and the ability to make complex information accessible.
An interest in SEO, digital performance and using insights to improve results.
A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine interest in the difference speech and language therapy can make.
You don't need to be a speech and language therapist to take on this role. We're looking for someone who can bring the right creative and digital skills, communicate sensitively and has a connection to speech and language therapy or is excited to put in the time to learn about our work.
