Your Role at MRN:
- Lead engaging play and learning activitiesthat align with the EYFS framework.
- Support team membersand act as a role model for junior practitioners.
- Build strong relationshipswith children, parents, and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance withsafeguardingand health and safety policies.
- Monitor children's progress anddocument assessments.
- Manage daily operationswhen needed to ensure smooth functioning.
- Adapt to rotating shiftswithin the nursery’s opening hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare(or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experiencein a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge ofEYFS and child development
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passionate aboutmentoring and supporting your team
- Employment is conditional upon receiving two satisfactory references.
- A DBS check is required before starting the role.
- Candidates who have lived or worked outside the UK in the past five years must provide an overseas criminal record clearance.
