We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Bespoke Magic Man. This unique role requires a blend of exceptional communication skills, creativity, and the ability to engage with clients in a personalised manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting bespoke magical experiences tailored to individual client needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
*Duties*
* Develop and deliver customised experiences for clients, ensuring each visit is unique and engaging.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
* Utilise upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and promote additional services or products.
* Analyse client feedback to continually improve service offerings and performance quality.
* Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for bespoke magic performances.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
* A creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service through bespoke experiences.
* Minimum 5 years experience as a surface/Magic man repairer
* Must have UK driving licence and car
