We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant for a leading luxury family owned interiors retailer for their brand new store in Cheltenham. The retailer has a financially stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth, modernisation and refurbishment. With the track record of internal progression, the opportunities will be there for the right candidate to forge a long term career in a stable and secure environment.

The ideal Sales Consultant:

  • Must have experience in face to face furniture retail sales
  • Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
  • Be confident and highly motivated
  • Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Our client has been a household name for over 100 years and they continue to sell luxury furniture and homewares with around 45% of the same product line as that which you would find on the third floor of Harrods SW1X. Basic Salary: £25,000 (£22,600 + £2,400 location allowance paid year on year) + individual commission; first year uncapped OTE c£30-£40k
