Senior Sales Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Sales Consultant for a leading luxury family owned retailer for their flagship store in Bristol.

Steeped in history our client showcases brands such as Vi‑Spring, Parker Knoll, Tetrad, Duresta, Natuzzi and Himolla and an appreciation for this customer demographic is essential.

The ideal Senior Sales Consultant

• Must have experience in face to face consultative retail sales (furniture showroom sales experience essential)
• Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
• Be confident and highly motivated
• Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Basic Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 with individual commission structure on all sales; genuine uncapped first year OTE c£40k – £50k (commission paid on order not delivery; 1-4% on all products)
