TRIP are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury interiors retailer for their store in Leamington Spa. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with new stores planned for the next two years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will be the face of this 100+ year old brand
• Greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs and creating an unrivalled end-to-end experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond.
• You will be part of a dynamic team that is hungry for delivering on this customer experience.
• With industry-leading training, you will soon become an expert in all things interiors, world class service and will understand how to overdeliver on customer expectations.

Skills, knowledge and experience

• Must have experience in a face-to-face furniture sales/retail environment
• Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
• Be confident and highly motivated
• Be someone who aims to be a consistent high achiever; preferably with a track record from previous employment

Basic salary c£23k + individual uncapped commission = OTE c£35,000 – £40,000 (the top 3 sales people in the business earning in excess of £50,000)
