An exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced and dynamic Practice/Business Manager to join our client's practice as they undergo further expansion and investment under new owners. You will be joining an established team of clinicians and support staff in this thriving town centre practice offering the highest quality patient care. With an established NHS list but generating over 70% private income, the team is looking for an experienced, dynamic and passionate Practice/Business Manager to help continue the growth of the practice and development of the current team.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall operational day-to-day management of the practice with a significant degree of autonomy, ensuring it is run smoothly and effectively, including compliance and business management. The practice manager is responsible for line management of the employees including the nursing and reception teams.

Qualifications & Experience required
Essential:
- Evidence of strong practice management or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of managing multiple projects
Preferred:
- Dental/Clinical experience is advantageous
- Qualified GDC registered dental nurse is preferred but not essential
- Financial management experience, including payroll administration
