TPL is working with an Investment Company to identify an Investment Manager based in the London office. As the Investment Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating, managing, and delivering property investment opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established well funded property company who continue to deploy capital across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting detailed investment memorandums to inform decision‑making.
- Performing cashflow modelling and development appraisals for various projects.
- Occupational underwriting, including liaising with letting agents and compiling lease comparables.
- Supporting annual away day reporting to provide key insights on portfolio performance.
- Assisting with property‑level due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 months' experience as an analyst in a real estate‑linked business.
