About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to take charge of a well-regarded hotel in Glasgow. This role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure smooth running, exceptional guest satisfaction, and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day functioning of reception, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.
  3. Proactively address and resolve guest feedback to enhance their stay experience.
  4. Manage financial performance, including monitoring costs and meeting revenue goals.
