TPL are looking to identify an experienced Healthcare Director to join the Manchester offices of a multi-disciplinary independent property consultancy. As a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive consultancy and valuation services to a diverse client base. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the healthcare sector to deliver valuation & consultancy advice to existing & new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the healthcare industry.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on property-related matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive valuation reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
