Director Healthcare

TPL are looking to identify an experienced Healthcare Director to join the Manchester offices of a multi-disciplinary independent property consultancy. As a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive consultancy and valuation services to a diverse client base.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the healthcare sector to deliver valuation & consultancy advice to existing & new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the healthcare industry.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on property-related matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive valuation reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies and action plans that address their specific requirements.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
