We are looking for a creative, social-first videographer to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes short‑form content, understands current social trends, and can bring a founder’s personality and story to life through engaging video. You will work 2 days per week on‑site, following our founder to capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, product insights, team culture, and day‑in‑the‑life content. If you’re comfortable shooting, directing lightly, and editing high‑performing videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- 2 days per week on‑site filming at our office and external locations.
- Ability to capture a variety of formats: talking‑heads, behind‑the‑scenes, product demos, lifestyle content, vlogs, and spontaneous social moments.
- Proficiency in fast, polished editing for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Experience developing content outlines and creative concepts with a marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of brand voice, visual style, and pacing across all videos.
- Insight into social trends and ability to shape a social‑first video strategy.
- Skill in organising footage, managing simple lighting/audio setups, and ensuring smooth workflows.
What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience creating short‑form video for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Deep understanding of social trends, pacing, hooks, storytelling, and retention techniques.
- Skilled in both videography and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
- Comfortable filming content in dynamic settings and capturing natural, in‑the‑moment footage.
