We are looking for a creative, social-first videographer to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone living and breathing short-form content, understanding current social trends, and bringing a founder's personality and story to life through engaging video. The position requires working 2 days per week on-site in London.

Responsibilities

  • Film founder-led, on-the-go content in the office and at external locations (2 days per week).
  • Capture a variety of formats: talking-heads, behind-the-scenes, product demos, lifestyle content, vlogs, and spontaneous social moments.
  • Edit fast, polished, high-retention videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Develop content outlines and creative concepts with the marketing team.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and pace across all videos.
  • Advise on what is trending and shape the social-first video strategy.
  • Organise footage, manage simple lighting/audio setups, and ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Deep understanding of social trends, pacing, hooks, storytelling, and retention techniques.
  • Skilled in both videography and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
  • Comfortable filming content in dynamic settings and capturing natural, in-the-moment footage.
  • Ability to direct lightly and make the founder feel natural on camera.
  • Portfolio of social-first video work (required).
