A multi-faceted position partnering closely with the visionary Founder/CEO, Varun Bhanot, to drive strategic growth initiatives and craft the public narrative. You’ll split your time between core business operations, managing strategic initiatives and some time creating content for the CEO, team and company —becoming a true force multiplier.

- Prior experience: 1–2 years in startups, consulting, VC, or C-suite support role
- Exceptional communication: written, verbal, and presentation skills essential for cross-functional stakeholder management
- Content production proficiency: experience in video editing (TikTok, Reels)
Requirements
️ Key Responsibilities
Founder\’s Associate (75%)
- Assist the CEO with critical matters, offloading work where necessary and helpful across PR, Finance, Operations and HR.
- Assist with Press requests and Public Relations/Media
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights
- Lead high-impact projects end-to-end—coordinating cross-functional teams
- Serve as a point person for stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
Content Creator (25%)
- Co-develop, shoot and edit social media content: short-form videos especially for Instagram and TikTok.
- Maintain content calendar, manage workflows, and ensure consistent cadence across channels – capturing behind the scenes, offices, PR/events/press.
- Edit and optimise content (Reels, TikToks, infographics); ensure brand voice alignment.
