Magic Life is a rapidly growing Supported Living provider in North London and Hertfordshire. We support a wide range of people with various physical/learning disabilities and mental health needs.

We require enthusiastic, responsible, positive and motivated people to join our work with vulnerable adults in Potters Bar. We have vacancies for our site in Potters Bar. Support within our Projects covers 24 hours a day with support from a dedicated staff team that delivers day and waking night support. We have full-time and part-time availability and offer bank contracts for flexibility.

We require an enthusiastic and dedicated female support worker to join the team at this service in providing support for adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs. The people we support are at the heart of everything we do – they are wonderful individuals and deserve to be treated with respect, dignity and choice.

As a support worker, you will provide physical support for day-to-day living, personal care, washing, dressing, and general household duties such as cooking, cleaning and money management. You will monitor, report and record health conditions/well-being while working with professionals involved. You will provide emotional support and companionship, act as a key worker and advocate for their wants and wishes. Ensure that their safety, respect, dignity and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

You must be computer literate as you will have to log daily reports etc. (In-house training will be given). Northlands Potters Bar is a Female only provision.
