We have vacancies at Cherry Tree Lodge Croydon and support 24 hours a day with a dedicated staff team that delivers day and waking night support. Full time and part-time availability is offered, with bank contracts for flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical support for day‑to‑day living, personal care, washing, dressing, and general household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and money management.
- Monitor, report and record health conditions and well‑being while working with the professionals involved.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, act as a key worker and advocate for the individual’s wants and wishes.
- Ensure safety, respect, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
- Computer literate, as daily reports will be logged electronically.
- In‑house training will be provided.
