We’re looking for a Content Project Manager to support English Language Learning (ELL) projects in 2026. This role owns end-to-end project delivery, working closely with Client, internal teams and external vendors to ensure content is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. It is a 12 month contract with 40 hours of weekly commitment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of project management experience, MUST be in ELL or education publishing
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

PMP /PMI certification will be an added advantage.
