This role is not about channel specialism, it's about making the growth flywheel spin faster.

You'll also be responsible for optimising website copy, & working with designers/photographers to ensure our imagery is best in class and on brand.
  • CREATIVE & AGENCY COORDINATION: Work with the CMO to build a clear reporting structure & roadmap for our Meta ads. What is working, what isn't and what creative angles to try next. Turn these into clear briefs for our external ads agencies and UGC creators.
  • REPORTING & PRIORITISATION: Own weekly reporting across email, paid media, and sales performance. Work closely with the CMO to identify strengths, weaknesses, priority areas, and initiatives to deprioritise.
  • PRODUCT DEMOS: Run live product demos with prospective customers over Zoom, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and real-world impact of the MAGIC Mirror to drive confidence and conversion.
