We're hiring an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to work directly with our CMO to turn strategy into shipped execution across our growth channels. This is a rare opportunity to gain frontline experience in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary role with real ownership and hands-on responsibility at one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer startups.
You will sit at the centre of email, website, creative feedback loops, and agency coordination - making sure ideas don’t stay as slides, but get launched, tested, and improved every single week. No two days will be the same: one day you might be coordinating content shoots with our celebrity trainers, the next you’ll be shaping briefs for new Meta ad concepts and pushing performance forward. This role is not about channel specialism, it’s about making the growth flywheel spin faster.
Requirements- EMAIL MARKETING & CRM: Own Klaviyo execution across demand generation & user product retention through campaigns & email flows. You will be responsible for setting up flows & campaigns, analysing performance and making improvements.
- WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & CRO: Own website management across both UK & newly launched US Shopify stores. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, write specs & brief our web development agency.
- CREATIVE & AGENCY COORDINATION: Work with the CMO to build a clear reporting structure & roadmap for our Meta ads. Turn these into clear briefs for our external ads agencies and UGC creators.
- REPORTING & PRIORITISATION: Own weekly reporting across email, paid media, and sales performance. Work closely with the CMO to identify strengths, weaknesses, priority areas, and initiatives to deprioritise.
- PRODUCT DEMOS: Run live product demos with prospective customers over Zoom, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and real-world impact of the MAGIC Mirror to drive confidence and conversion.
- STRATEGY & FORECASTING: Work closely with the CMO and senior leadership team to shape growth forecasts and expansion plans.
The ideal candidate is a highly proactive, execution-focused operator who thrives in a fast-moving DTC environment. They’re comfortable owning work end-to-end, prioritising under pressure, and turning strategy into reality across multiple channels.
If you’re someone who is comfortable wearing many hats, never says "that’s not my job" and is willing to take ownership, this is a career changing opportunity for you. We welcome entrepreneurial people who have ambition to start their own brands in future.
