Short Summary: The Senior Product Manager will drive value for our Cris customers, the most widely used Radiology Information System (RIS) in the UK and Ireland. Our RIS is used in more than 700 locations, supporting 200,000 users and 26+ million imaging events per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end customer experience across multiple modules of the Cris product.
- Lead hands-on product lifecycle management for Cris core capabilities and web apps, ensuring we continue to set the benchmark for radiology workflows.
- Help shape product strategy and execution that drives innovation and expand our market leading position.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Own the end-to-end ideation, evaluation, and execution of product development within multiple product modules of Cris.
- Embrace the ‘voice of customer’, shape and lead direction on new qualitative & quantitative research, championing the insights produced to feed into product strategy.
- Create, manage, and effectively communicate product roadmaps to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics and analysing data for insights.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Drive collaboration with product, design, engineering, and other key stakeholders to deliver delightful experiences across Cris.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Work with other product leaders to develop a consistent product craft across the organisation.
- Innovation and Efficiency:
- Stay on the forefront of product innovation and healthcare technology to evolve our product value proposition and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B technology products.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility to define and deliver impactful product solutions that delight customers and create business impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams as well as being customer-facing.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on high-quality artifacts and engaging customer-facing sessions.
- Capable and enthusiastic about digging into quantitative and qualitative data, developing and testing hypotheses, and seeking the “why” behind data.
- Experience in healthcare is highly desirable.
- Hybrid working environment from London office (Farringdon) - 3 days a week from the Office and 2 from home.
