About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help define how people at the world’s largest companies work with AI day to day. At Magentic, you’ll design the core product experience for enterprise users interacting with AI agents that can manage complex procurement and supply chain workflows in real time. The challenge isn’t making AI feel futuristic, it’s making powerful systems feel intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful for the people using them every day. You’ll work across the full product experience, from understanding user problems and shaping workflows through to designing interactions, testing ideas quickly, and collaborating closely with engineers to bring products to life. This is a highly hands‑on role in an early‑stage environment. We care deeply about thoughtful product thinking, clear user experiences, and designing systems that people can actually understand and trust. We’re looking for someone excited by ambiguity, fast iteration, and the opportunity to help shape both the product and how we build it as a company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end‑to‑end product design
  • Translate complex AI interactive use cases into simple, intuitive interfaces
  • Work closely with customers to understand problems and iterate on solutions
  • Bring your designs to life using the latest AI technology, to enable lightning fast iteration
  • Quickly iterate product ideas through the use of low and high fidelity mockups
  • Translate product ideas into testable design artifacts, from early wireframes and user flows to polished high‑fidelity prototypes
  • Collaborate with engineering to validate the feasibility of your designs and bring ideas to life
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system and UX standards

You Might Be a Great Fit

  • Have 4–7+ years experience in product design
  • Have designed complex, data‑heavy or AI Native products
  • Have strong UX sense, you simplify complexity rather than add to it
  • Comfortable working in early‑stage / 0→1 environments
  • Confident working directly with users and collaborating closely with engineers

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, or enterprise tooling
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems

Compensation and Benefits

At Magentic, we recognise and reward the talent that drives our success. We offer:

  • Competitive Equity: play a real part in Magentic’s upside
  • A salary of £100,000 - £110,000 per annum
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • In‑office lunches provided
  • Monthly organised socials and an additional flexible monthly social budget for team lunches, coffees, dinners, or activities with colleagues
  • Salary sacrifice pension and nursery schemes
  • Hybrid London HQ (3-4 days in the office/customer site)
  • Annual team retreat—a fully‑funded off‑site to recharge, bond, and build
