We're looking for a Frontâend Engineer who's excited to help define how people at the world's largest companies work with AI day to day. At Magentic, you'll shape the core product experience for enterprise users as they collaborate with AI agents that run real to achieve things that they currently can't imagine are possible.

What You'll Do
- Own the development of new userâfacing features endâtoâend
- Track and implement the latest interaction patterns for AIâdriven tools
- Interact with users to understand their problems and design solutions
- Act as part of a design team until we have that function
- Collaborate with a crossâfunctional team to continually increase the impact of our product
- Help maintain a robust, scalable design system â React, Tailwind
You Might Be a Great Fit if You
- Have 6+ years of professional softwareâengineering experience
- Are fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript (we use React) and comfortable in Python
- Have design experience or great intuition about UI/UX
- Can select the right tool for each job, balancing speed and scalability, and can quickly upâskill on new tools when needed
- Can take a loosely defined problem, extract the true requirements, and design and deliver a productionâready solution in days, not weeks
- Communicate clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders
- Thrive in an earlyâstage, highâownership environmentâprototype today, deploy tomorrow, iterate next week
Bonus Points
- Experience building products powered by LLMs â however, we consider many great candidates without previous AI experience.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills â you care deeply about details, polish, and making things feel "just right."
