Our mission is to make global manufacturing supply chains robust to an ever-changing world. We’re pushing the boundaries of AI with next-generation agentic systems that can manage entire workflows. We’re focusing on a 3tn market of procurement.
You’ll be working alongside our CTO on the most cutting-edge component of our product to deliver the very best that agentic AI can achieve. You’ll be using the latest models, frameworks, and paradigms to ship enterprise-grade AI solutions to Fortune 500 procurement and supply chain teams, and completely transform the way these teams work.
In this role you will

Own development and deployment of LLM-based features and agentic workflows end-to-end

Develop new agentic frameworks to handle multi-agent collaboration.

Benchmark LLMs across performance, safety and behavioural monitoring.

Operationalise AI features by building tools to connect them to customer systems

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand customer problems and design optimal solutions

Our interview Process
There are a quite a few components because it\’s really important that both we and you have all the information to make a great decision at this stage of our journey. We can move quickly through these stages, so let us know if you have any timelines we need to meet.

Initial screening call (15-30 mins): this first step is an opportunity for you to hear more about Magentic and the role, and for us to learn more about your how your experience aligns with the role.

Design interview with the CTO or Founding Engineer (45 mins): in this step, we present you with real problems Magentic encounters, and we ask you to design a solution in a whiteboarding exercise.

Culture interview with the Chief of Staff (45 mins): here we\’ll talk about how you like to work, how you\’d like to develop your career, and how that could look at Magentic.

In-person interview (half-day, paid): for the final step, we invite you to come meet the team in-person and work alongside us! We find this is the best way for candidates to get a sense of what working at Magentic is like.
