Magenta are recruiting for a Civils Site Manager for a healthcare project in Paddington, London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drainage diversion
  • Manhole builds
  • Removal of interceptor tank
  • Install of new interceptor tank
  • Concrete plinth construction

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of civil and drainage systems
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • SMSTS & First Aid

Contract Details

Start Date: Between 7th April and 13th April

Salary Range: £250/Day (Negotiable depending on experience)
