Magenta Recruitment is hiring a Water Treatment Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end residential sites (mainly Canary Wharf, with some South West London). This is a foot mobile role covering seven locations, focusing on water hygiene, treatment, and minor plumbing.
Role Overview
- Water sampling, temperature checks, and compliance monitoring
- Legionella control and remedial works
- Tank cleaning, disinfection, and chemical dosing
- Basic plumbing repairs and system maintenance
- Surveys, inspections, and reporting
Hours
Mon–Thurs 07:30–17:00 | Fri 07:30–16:00
Package
- Up to £55,000 (DOE) or £180–£220/day (CIS)
- £160/month travel allowance
- Overtime available
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays
- Private healthcare & pension

Requirements
- City & Guilds in Water Treatment & Legionella Control
- Experience in water hygiene/treatment
- Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG274
- Basic plumbing skills (preferred)
- Strong communication and ability to work independently
