Magenta Recruitment is hiring a Water Treatment Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end residential sites (mainly Canary Wharf, with some South West London). This is a foot mobile role covering seven locations, focusing on water hygiene, treatment, and minor plumbing.

Role Overview

  • Water sampling, temperature checks, and compliance monitoring
  • Legionella control and remedial works
  • Tank cleaning, disinfection, and chemical dosing
  • Basic plumbing repairs and system maintenance
  • Surveys, inspections, and reporting

Hours

Mon–Thurs 07:30–17:00 | Fri 07:30–16:00

Package

  • Up to £55,000 (DOE) or £180–£220/day (CIS)
  • £160/month travel allowance
  • Overtime available
  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Private healthcare & pension

Requirements

  • City & Guilds in Water Treatment & Legionella Control
  • Experience in water hygiene/treatment
  • Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG274
  • Basic plumbing skills (preferred)
  • Strong communication and ability to work independently
