What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing projects from tender stage through to completion
- Preparing estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities
- Overseeing site progress, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Handling valuations, variations and final accounts
About the Work
Majority of projects are in London, with a handful outside of London. Upcoming major projects include Heathrow and St John’s Wood. Project types include office, shopfitting, industrial and high-end refurbishments.
