MEP REVIT Technician

Are you a skilled Mechanical or MEP REVIT Technician looking to make a significant impact on a high-profile residential project? A consultancy based in Surrey is seeking a talented professional to join their team on an ongoing contract basis, with the possibility of an immediate start.

This role offers the chance to work as part of a dedicated and close-knit team, where your expertise will be highly valued. The consultancy prefers full-time office-based work initially, allowing you to collaborate directly with your colleagues and immerse yourself in the project. However, there is potential for a hybrid working arrangement later on, providing flexibility as the project progresses.

The consultancy is looking for someone who is not only proficient in REVIT but excels in it-ideally, you should rate your skills at least an 8 out of 10. Your role will involve a blend of mechanical and electrical design, so a well-rounded skill set is essential. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience with REVIT, particularly in mechanical or MEP contexts.

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes
