Our Client is a building maintenance company based in Dartford, Kent. They are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Assistant to support our Helpdesk and Procurement Team on a Part Time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Dealing with day-to-day queries from clients
- Updating clients with regular job updates and sending relevant paperwork
- Ensuring paperwork has been completed correctly and uploaded onto our system
- Taking phone calls from clients
- Prepare quotations
- Chase engineers for paperwork/photographs of works
- General administration e.g., filing, organising paperwork etc.
- Calling sites to book in works/arrange with site contacts
- Ensure schedules are sent with relevant information
Conditions
- Probation: 1 month
- Reporting to: Supervisor
- Working hours: 9am till 5pm (Flexible) 3 days per week (Days flexible except Wednesdays)
- Also able to work 4 days per week with short working hours.
- Salary: £13/Hour
