Role Overview:

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale refurbishment projects from inception to completion. This includes managing Leisure & Retail Refurbishment Contracts, Restaurant Refurbishments, Office Refurbishments, and Pub Refurbishments. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
2. Ensure all projects meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
3. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
