We are recruiting an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple planned refurbishment workstreams across East Anglia. This is a key leadership role within a respected organisation, offering the opportunity to manage high‑value projects—up to £3m—while driving quality, safety and client satisfaction.
Based in Brandon, with regional travel, this position is ideal for a confident, commercially aware manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex, multi‑site programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple planned refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Lead, support and develop site managers, supervisors and resident liaison teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Attend progress meetings and conduct regular site visits to monitor performance.
- Oversee monthly valuations, variations, cost reporting and overall commercial performance.
- Support the preparation of tenders, estimates and forward work programmes.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory obligations and contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, reporting and governance processes.
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
- Proven experience in a similar Contract Manager or Project Manager role.
- A strong track record delivering planned works projects up to £3m in value.
- Experience in contract administration, planning, estimating, tendering, H&S and team management.
- The ability to build strong working relationships and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience delivering refurbishment works within occupied properties.
- City & Guilds qualification in a construction trade.
- Willingness to undertake a DBS check (required).
- Salary circa £55,000
- £6,000 car allowance
- Performance‑related bonus (eligible after 1 year)
