As a Strategic People Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across our service areas to shape and deliver people solutions that support Magenta Living’s Road to 2030. You’ll be a trusted advisor, challenging thinking and enabling confident decision‑making, while using insight, data and strong relationships to strengthen performance, culture and colleague experience.
You’ll lead on strategic workforce activity including organisational design, workforce planning and engagement, as well as driving wellbeing, colleague voice and the embedding of our values and behaviours at operational level. The role also includes managing complex employee relations casework, supporting union relationships and consultation, and partnering with managers to deliver targeted interventions that improve service outcomes and customer excellence.
