We are seeking a visionary People Director to lead our core people functions – Business Partnering, Potential, and Experience – and drive forward our transformation journey, The Road to 2030. This is more than a leadership role – it\’s a chance to be the heartbeat of cultural and organisational change. You\’ll champion a people-first approach in everything from strategy to performance, ensuring our People plan on a page becomes a living, breathing reality. As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you\’ll bring high-impact HR leadership that builds high-performing teams, unlocks potential, and delivers real value across Magenta Living.
