Overview
We’re looking for a Content Creator who can help Magenta Living tell our story in bold, brilliant ways. This is a chance to shape how people see us, hear about us, and feel about us. You’ll be part of our central Marketing & Brand team, working across social media, video, photography and written content to bring our purpose to life: to empower people and do the right thing. You’ll be part of a curious, creative team ready to get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing
- Creating content that connects – from social posts and videos to blogs and supporting campaigns
- Spotting and sharing stories through authentic voices and experiences
- Owning our social media schedule and keeping it fresh, relevant and on-brand
- Working with colleagues across Magenta to ensure our content is joined-up and effective
What we’re looking for
- A natural storyteller who takes initiative and loves finding great content
- A creative thinker confident with digital media and social platforms
- Strong writing skills and an eye for detail
- A good understanding of social media for B2C and B2B audiences
- Someone who can reflect our tone of voice and brand personality in everything they create
- A team player who builds relationships and works well with others
- Organised, proactive and passionate about making a difference
Technical and creative skills you’ll need
- Confident creating content for different platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Skilled at editing video and photography to tell a story, comfortable using mobile apps and editing tools to create quick, engaging content
- Able to think outside the box to bring our brand to life in ways that connect with colleagues, customers and communities
- Able to spot what’s trending and adapt it to fit our tone and values
Bonus skills (nice to have)
- Experience in marketing, communications or digital media
- Understanding of housing, community impact or public sector comms
