Role Overview
Are you a skilled plasterer with a flair for delivering high-quality finishes and a broad range of trade skills? We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our dedicated team on a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract, working across residential properties to carry out essential repairs and refurbishments.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for plastering, as well as supporting associated works including carpentry, tiling, painting, plumbing, and vinyl flooring. You’ll also tackle damp proofing, identifying and treating cold spots to prevent mould growth, and carry out minor plumbing and joinery tasks such as refitting WCs, basins, kitchen units, doors, and skirting boards.
You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, maintain high standards of workmanship, and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times. Experience with NatFed SOR codes and working within a housing association environment is an advantage.
