Magenta Living seeks a Strategic People Partner to work closely with leaders across service areas to shape and deliver people solutions that support Magenta Living's Road to 2030. You’ll be a trusted advisor, challenging thinking and enabling confident decision-making, while using insight, data and strong relationships to strengthen performance, culture and colleague experience.

You’ll lead on strategic workforce activity including organisational design, workforce planning and engagement.
