About The Role
As our Site Manager – Retrofit Delivery, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality retrofit and decarbonisation works across Magenta Living homes, helping to create warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient places for our customers to live. You’ll take the lead on day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard, while keeping programmes on track and minimising disruption for customers living in occupied homes.
We’re looking for someone with strong site management experience within construction, social housing or retrofit delivery, who can confidently manage contractors, oversee health and safety, monitor quality and resolve issues on site. You’ll bring excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills, along with a practical understanding of retrofit standards, compliance requirements and customer-focused delivery.
