Magenta Living is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to help manage our neighbourhoods and support customers to sustain their tenancies through practical, visible housing services. You’ll handle day-to-day housing management tasks, including empty homes and tenancy sign-ups, plus anti-social behaviour and audits.
You’ll also carry out neighbourhood walkabouts, work with partners to resolve complex issues, keep accurate records, and help ensure safe access to homes and well-maintained.
