We’re looking for an experienced Gas Compliance Manager to lead and oversee gas safety across Magenta Living’s homes. In this role, you’ll act as the organisation’s lead for landlord gas compliance, ensuring all statutory obligations are met and that our customers remain safe.

You’ll be responsible for managing gas safety standards, maintaining robust compliance processes, overseeing inspection and remedial programmes, and ensuring accurate data and reporting. You’ll carry out audits and site inspections, hold contractors and internal teams to account, and provide technical advice to support safe, well‑maintained homes.

A key part of the role includes analysing compliance performance, identifying risks or gaps, and driving improvements through strong governance and quality assurance. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in gas safety and compliance—ideally within social housing—along with strong technical knowledge, the ability to interpret compliance data, and confidence working with regulatory standards.

You’ll bring excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, plus the ability to manage systems, processes, and audits effectively. A relevant gas qualification is essential, with professional memberships and an SMSTS card desirable.
