We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help turn financial data into clear, meaningful insight that supports effective decision‑making across the business. Working closely with the Finance Business Partner, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, financial modelling and scenario planning, while helping budget holders improve value for money and business effectiveness.
You’ll bring strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving skills, confident use of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools, and clear communication to colleagues at all levels. A positive, flexible approach to challenges is expected. Ideally you are working towards a professional finance qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent, with experience in a similar finance role.
