We’re looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead the delivery of new homes and communities at Magenta Living. You’ll play a key role in identifying and progressing development opportunities, managing projects from contract through to completion, and ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and external partners, you’ll manage risks, oversee procurement, monitor project performance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll also contribute to shaping development strategies, promoting sustainable solutions, and ensuring compliance with Homes England and regulatory requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong project management experience in housing or development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach who is passionate about delivering high-quality homes and thriving communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of new homes and communities.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Development Manager or equivalent in housing or development.
- Strong project management experience in the housing sector.
