We’re looking for a Customer Insight and Research Manager to lead our customer involvement and research framework and help ensure customer voices shape the services we deliver. In this role, you’ll empower customers by creating meaningful, accessible opportunities for them to get involved, scrutinise our services, and influence decision‑making.
You’ll oversee the collection, analysis and reporting of customer feedback through surveys, focus groups and other research methods, turning insights into actionable recommendations that drive improvements across the organisation. You’ll lead end‑to‑end customer research projects, monitor trends and emerging needs, and work closely with teams across the business to enhance the overall customer experience.
We’re looking for someone with strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills, experience in customer engagement or feedback management, and confidence working cross‑functionally. Knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VoC) methodologies and experience in customer service, market research, UX research or data analysis would be highly valued.
