We are recruiting an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple planned refurbishment workstreams across East Anglia. This is a key leadership role within a respected organisation, offering the opportunity to manage high value projects up to £3m while driving quality, safety and client satisfaction. Based in Brandon, with regional travel, this position is ideal for a confident, commercially aware manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex, multi site programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end delivery of multiple planned refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Lead, support and develop site managers, supervisors and resident liaison teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Attend progress meetings and conduct regular site visits to monitor performance.
- Oversee monthly valuations, variations, cost reporting and overall commercial performance.
- Support the preparation of tenders, estimates and forward work programmes.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
