Job Description Project Manager – Hospitality Fit-Out Sector – Russian Speaking Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality fit-out projects within the hospitality sector? The Role: As a Project Manager, you will take the helm on pre-commencement, procurement, and onsite activities for a range of contracting works. Collaborating closely with the commercial and operations teams, you will drive advance planning, programming, and project management through to completion. A firm grasp of Health and Safety regulations and their practical application is essential. Key Responsibilities: – Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. – Obtain best value sub-contract and supplier prices. – Procure sub-contract works in conjunction with the delivery team. – Hold and attend regular client site/review meetings. – Conduct regular supply chain progress and coordination meetings. – Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, external consultants, and colleagues. – Prepare accurate construction phased programmes.
